Items must be returned in NEW (unused, untested, and resalable) condition in the original manufacturer packaging. For your protection, items must be returned shipping prepaid, insured for the full value and safely wrapped to prevent damage during transit. Pack the item securely using as much of the original packing material as possible.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT COD RETURN SHIPMENTS.
Please use carriers that offer delivery notification and tracking such as Royal Mail Signed For, UPS, USPS, DHL or FedEx. The merchandise is still your property until it reaches our facility and we cannot accept responsibility for any damages during shipping.
Items that have already been used or items that have been damaged by use cannot be returned to us.
We do not accept returns on customized orders such as prescription lenses.
If you are not fully satisfied with your non-prescription purchase, we will be happy to facilitate an exchange for you. The item must be returned to us within 30 days of purchase.
Refunds are not issued before the merchandise has been received, evaluated and processed. Refund payments will either be made via PayPal or WorldPay according to payment method used at time of purchase.
Shipping charges on returns are not refundable. We do not offer refunds for shipping charges, including but not limited to domestic Ground, Express or International shipping.
